Christmas trees are obviously a symbol very much associated with Christmas, but I wanted my design to have a slight difference to it. So I imagined how tinsel is wrapped around the tree, and how it sparkles, and I thought about the image being created by a "trail" of stars, giving the impression of tinsel being wrapped around the tree. I don't know if this'll work in the end but as a starting idea I think it's alright.

quick sketch idea
Just a quick little idea I had for our designs...
